Certificate Programs

Certificate of Inclusive Leadership

Diversity and inclusion are no longer just moral and ethical goals. They have become strategic imperatives for any organization that wants to succeed. An effective approach to diversity and inclusion is an indispensable skill set for any leader in the 21st century.

According to various studies:

  • Companies with more diverse management teams have 19% higher revenues due to innovation.
  • When employees believe the company is committed to diversity and feel included, innovation increases 83%, responsiveness to customer needs increases 31% and team collaboration increases 42%.
  • Gender-diverse executive teams were 21% more likely to outperform on profitability and 27% more likely to have superior value creation.

That’s why ExecEd has bundled four related courses into a single program that leads to a Certificate in Inclusive Leadership. Courses can be taken as part of the certificate program or as stand-alone classes, but all four must be completed to satisfy the requirements for the Certificate.

The certificate program is for middle- to upper-level managers in private and public organizations who want to effectively leverage diversity and inclusion to make their workplaces more effective.
